Why Acne is Not Fun
When you are a teenager, dealing with acne is just part of life. It is inconvenient and can make us embarrassed but we can take comfort in knowing that everyone else at school is dealing with the same thing. As adults we are supposed to have grown out of the frequent breakouts of our puberty years. This is why so many of us are so embarrassed by the occasional breakout or zit. Nothing makes us feel like kids again more than waking up to find that we’re sporting some new spots and bumps. It can hurt quite a lot to have a breakout when you are an adult. No matter what number your age starts with, use these hints to help you deal with your next breakout.
Are you eating the right foods and getting the nutrients that you need? Being malnutrition can make a lot of people experience acne. For some, acne is a warning sign that they need to change their diets and fast. The easiest way to deal with this is to take a multi-vitamin every day. The multi-vitamin won’t take care of all of your nutritional needs but it can help you make up for some of the areas in which you are lacking. The acne comes from the excess sebum that your body produces to counteract the malnutrition: it gets into your pores, clogs them and viola! Acne breakout! This type of acne is easily beaten by eating a healthy diet and taking your vitamins every day.
Keep a careful watch out for oil bases when you buy cosmetics and other beauty products. Even your facial cleanser might have oil in it! Your biggest motivation for washing your face is to get the oil off of it and out of your pores! It is important to take a moment to make sure there isn’t any oil in any of the cleansers, cosmetics or other beauty products you think about buying. Instead of purchasing liquid or lotion-like cosmetics and beauty products, choose ones that use powder. When you purchase a facial cleanser, choose one that is not lotion-y and is more liquid than solid. Be careful and use your common sense!
When acne does appear, keep both of your hands off of it! Pimples and zits should ever be squeezed or picked. It is always better to leave a breakout alone. It is all right to wash your face and treat your breakout with some acne fighting cleanser but never ever pop or pick at your zits. It is possible that, when left to heal naturally, acne can take a few days to complete the process. What would you rather deal with? A few days with a pimple or years and years of acne scars?
Keeping acne away does not have to involve expensive or complicated facial care routines. Having a clean face is the easiest way to prevent breakouts. Don’t be too hard with your face because your skin is sensitive! A thorough cleansing is possible without having to resort to heavy scrubbing!

Don’t let anyone tell you there is a bad occassion to give jewelry in it’s personalized form as a gift. The occassion is of no importance when gifting personalized jewelry.
